Holiday Break
Please remember the studio will be closed Dec. 20th - Jan. 2nd for the holiday break. This is the perfect time for some well-deserved rest, family fun, and maybe even a few dance moves at home. We will see you back in 2024!
Mukwonago’s Midnight Magic - December 2nd
Join us for a day filled with holiday magic and dance! Kay's Academy of Dance is excited to be participating in Mukwonago's Midnight Magic on December 2nd!
Everyone is invited to participate in the parade. Have your dancer dress warm, with the outer layer being white or red. The parade line up is at Rivercrest Court and Hwy ES. Drop off your dancer in the Napa Automotive parking lot between 2:00 & 2:30 PM. Pick up your dancer at Parkview Middle School when we are finished with the parade.

🎄Dancers in Motion & Kids in Motion will perform at the studio - 1:30, 5:30 & 6:30

Costume Deposits
We hope everyone is excited about their recital costumes!
Just a friendly reminder that costume deposits are due no later than December 2nd. The costume balance will be due March 1st.
Creative Movement Drop-In Class
Looking for an indoor activity for your little one? Our Creative Movement Class for ages 2-4 is sure to be a holly jolly good time! Let your little ones twirl, giggle, and move to the music!
Drop-In Classes
Wednesdays: 9:45 am - 10:15 am & 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Thursdays: 4:20 pm - 4:50 pm
You must register for this drop-in class, but only pay for classes that you attend.
Barre Class
Feeling overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of the holiday season? Take a break and join our invigorating barre fitness class this week! Recharge your mind and body with us!
Class Schedule:
Tuesdays: 7:00 - 8:00 PM
Thursdays: 7:05 - 8:05 PM
This class is geared toward ALL levels - beginners are welcome. Get ready to transform your body and have a great time doing it. See you there!
Recital News
We are excited to announce that this year’s recital will be held at the Greenwald PAC at Mukwonago High School. The rehearsal dates will be June 4th & 5th, and recital dates will be June 6th - 9th. Each class will participate in two recitals. Stay tuned for more information as we get closer to the recital!
Daddy-Daughter Recital Dance
Everyone is invited to participate in a Daddy-Daughter dance in the recital. The Dad (or Father figure) would be dancing with their daughter during one dance recital. The practices will begin February 15th and continue through the end of May. You choose your practice time of Thursdays 4:10-4:55 pm or Saturdays 10:30-11:15 am.
The dancer will wear her costume and the Dad will wear something chosen by the teacher, it will be simple. The cost to participate is $55 per family (regardless of how many daughters dance). There are limited spots available, registration will begin January 8th.
Please email or call the studio and tell us the Dad’s name, email & phone number. We will also need to know the name of the daughters that will be dancing and which day you will be attending practice.
